POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Thank you for choosing BEaUtySAVAGE as your new home for top luxury services in the beauty

industry. BEaUtySAVAGE salon is a full service salon studio located in Raleigh NC.

You must CAREFULLY read to understand our studio standards for booking. Your appointment will be

DENIED if you do NOT FOLLOW all requirements.

COVID 19 REGULATIONS

Face masks are required to enter the studio. You must wear your face mask during the entire service.

Your face mask must cover your entire mouth and nose. A temperature check will be performed prior to entrance. Your temperature cannot exceed 99. No EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED unless they are getting a service as well. No kids, spouse, animals etc! If you or someone you have been around been exposed to COVID or any illness do not show up to appointment!

 

To book an appointment we require a NON REFUNDABLE Deposit. The deposit fee is $20! This fee will towards the total cost of your service! Your deposit must be paid Cash app $BEaUtySAVAGE prior to booking your appointment.

LATE POLICY

Please respect my time. It is Essential you arrive to your appointment at your scheduled time. Your

LATENESS will have an overrall impact on the providers service as well as entire schedule. You are

granted a 5 minute grace period. After 10 minutes from the orginal appointment time there will an automatic late fee of $20 applied to your service balance. You must be seated in the chair ready for service by GRACE period. After 12 minutes from your appointment time the system will automatically cancel your appointment and you will be required to reschedule with a new $20 deposit fee. -This policy is strictly enforced and non negotiable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are required to CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR to your initial  set appointment date. You will be granted 1 appointment reschedule (free of charge). A new deposit fee will be required to book again. Appointments canceled and rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance forfeit the paid deposit fee and will be automatically charged an inconvenience fee of 50% of the initial cost service. Fee must be paid to rebook!

WIGS/HAIR/LACE Policy (hair drop off)

Lace quality determines the outcome of your service. I will deny any lace that doesnt comply to following standards:

1. Must have thin/ stretchy/ natural hairline NO THICK HAIR LINES

2. The lace must match skin tone or lighter (HD or transparent preferred) no dark lace or grey lace!!!!

3. Lace/ wigs must be new DO NOT CUSTOMIZE lace! Must bring in wigs or closure 3 business days prior to appointment for approval and customization. For coloring service 5-7 business days prior. You must call or text to set up drop off time NO WALK INS!!!! Only the person being serviced can bring the hair/ lace in. *Late customization rush fee: $15 each day after 3 business day requirement. $50 same day rush fee NON Negotiable.

 

SALON RULES​

Please come to BEaUtySAVAGE salon studio with postive energy! NO NEGATIVE ENERGY ALLOWED. As you expect professional service providers. We expect professional clients. NO disrespect, rudeness, or cussing allowed! You will be banned and deposit will be forfeited.

Please come prepared to your appointment. Your install/ braids must be fully taken out prior to arrival.Unless booked for install removed! Hair must be free of any braid, twists, and tangles. If i have to detangle your hair after an install a $20 fee will be charged.

I am not responsible for any personal items lost, misplaced, or damaged. Any items left behind will remain in lost and found for (7days). If owner doesnt claim it will be thrown away.

We have a NO REFUND POLICY you will not be able to receive any type of reimbursement in regards toyour deposit, service payment etc.NO EXCEPTIONS

Be sure you are pleased with your service once completed. Any minor adjusments you would like to

make please notify me before leaving. Once you leave the studio we will not make any changes,

adjustments, or modifications.
